We recommend you enjoy our thermal suite for one hour prior to your treatment.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before treatment time to allow time to change and to complete a consultation form.

The spa ethos at No.1 is one of tranquility & relaxation.

Clients will be provided with a locker, robe, slippers & a towel.

Swim wear is advised to enjoy heat treatments.

We ask that all guests assist us in maintaining a peaceful and safe spa environment for all our guests to enjoy.

Our hotel garden / terrace is available for guest use pre and post treatment

The latest treatment hour is 7pm. from Monday – Saturday and 2pm on Sundays.
